Please read the following terms and conditions carefully By placing an order through this site you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions but none of the information below affects your statutory rights.
DESPATCH AND DELIVERY
We aim to hold stocks of all the products displayed on our website and we will endeavour to despatch your order within 24hrs when paid by Master Card, Switch, Delta or Visa. However, at times of exceptional demand delivery times may be extended. At such times please allow 28 days for delivery. Should any delays in your order occur then we will contact you with a revised despatch date.
It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the goods at the advised delivery address. If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative is available to sign.
Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect the goods from their local depot. Any parcels that are returned to NAGSHOP because a signature could not be obtained will be subject to a £10.00 couriers charge NAGSHOP

Orders over £100.00 delivery is free of charge but will be sent under standard delivery terms.

Next day - £10.00
Saturday - £20.00
PRICES AND DESCRIPTION
At NAGSHOP we make every effort to maintain accurate prices, descriptions, colours and measurements on our website, however due to circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to amend these when necessary. Should a change affect your order we will contact you.
All prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.
RETURNS
A full refund ( postage deducted )will be provided on any item returned to NAGSHOP in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days of delivery.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance for any returned goods this will enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage. NAGSHOP is unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. We will then arrange to replace the goods, credit your account or issue a full refund. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods.
Postage will be refunded in full on all returned faulty goods
HYGIENE REGULATIONS
Due to Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of clothing, footwear and horse clothing it is regretted that we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once you have submitted an order, you can cancel it at any time before the item is dispatched
